Downs Painting was founded in 1995 by Tom Downs. Tom started his apprenticeship certification in 1980 for the International Brotherhood of Painters Union. Tom attained education and skills in the professional trade through classroom and field curriculum. After receiving his Journeyman Certification, Tom became employed by some of the most prominent Union Painting Contractors in the nation's geographical regions and was promoted to General Foreman. Tom decided to return to the Naples FL community and started Downs Custom Painting Corp.
